Troop 8 year planning guide (MS Excel format) This is the planning guide used to coordiante events for year 2008/2009.
Tent Inventory The troop maintains a set of tents for checkout to scouts who may need one for an event.

Scout Uniform Inspection (PDF format) This document is the uniform inspection sheet for the youth Boy Scout uniform. It includes detailed placement details of all insignia to be attached to the uniform.
Adult Uniform Inspection (PDF format) This document is the uniform inspection sheet for the adult scout leader uniform. It includes detailed placement details of all insignia to be attached to the uniform.

Class 1 and Class 2 Medical (PDF format) Medical form for scouts and adults under the age of 40 (except for Wente -- see below).
Note: Class 1 (the parent part) is valid for 1 year from date of signature, Class 2 (the doctor part) is valid for 3 years from date of signature.
Class 3 Medical (PDF format) Medical form for adults age of 40 and up, or by scouts on High Adventure treks (such as Philmont).
Note: Valid for 1 year from date of signature.
